Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration over a policy he claims would allow illegal immigrants to” Parole in Place” ( PIP ) and receive otherwise unpermitted benefits.
In a new company law, which was established on August 19, the Biden presidency is alleged to be violating the United States Constitution. According to the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS) press release, that law establishes a procedure for “certain noncitizen families and noncitizen stepchildren of U.S. citizens” to get around federal restrictions on certain immigration benefits being obtained until after leaving the country and returning in a lawful manner.
